Arabica coffee Colombia Gaitania Tolima
Taste descriptors: Grapefruit, rum, ripe plum.
Exquisite highland Arabica from the Tolima region, grown on plantations near the village of Gaitania at an altitude of 1700-1900 meters above sea level. The fertile volcanic soils and mild climate create ideal conditions for the slow ripening of coffee berries and the formation of a rich, balanced flavor.
The lot includes Caturra and Typica varieties, hand-picked during the April-May harvest. The processing is natural anaerobic, which gives the drink a bright fruity component and velvety texture.
Roasting under the filter reveals expressive descriptors: grapefruit, rum, ripe plum.
