The fertile volcanic soils and mild climate create ideal conditions for the slow ripening of coffee berries and the formation of a rich, balanced flavor.

The lot includes Caturra and Typica varieties, hand-picked during the April-May harvest. The processing is natural anaerobic, which gives the drink a bright fruity component and velvety texture.
