Courier delivery: always at the recipient's expense.
Branches and mailboxes:
- Free shipping on orders of 900 UAH or more.
- Orders up to 900 UAH – payment according to the carrier's rates.
Delivery Rozetka Delivery
Self-pickup from the Rozetka store:
- Free shipping on orders of 900 UAH or more. For orders under 900 UAH, shipping costs are based on the carrier's rates.
Limitation:
- The package must weigh up to 15 kg and have a volume of up to 30 volumetric kg.
- Shelf life: 10 days in Rozetka stores, 5-16 days in franchise stores (depending on payment method).
Shipping terms
- Monday–Friday before 4:00 p.m.: same-day shipping.
- Monday–Friday after 4:00 p.m.: next-day shipping.
- Saturday, Sunday: shipped on Monday.
