The liquid product is intended for cleaning the working group of the coffee machine and the holder from burnt coffee oils.
The product is intended for cleaning all types of machines in the service center, as well as for daily use by baristas at the end of their shift.

It removes coffee oil deposits from the surfaces of brewing groups and the contour, and is also suitable for holders, dispersion screens, and drip trays. Eliminates unpleasant odors. Appointment:
• cleaning the working group of a professional carafe-type espresso coffee machine using a blind filter;
• cleaning the holder (portafilter) by soaking;
• cleaning the brewing group of an automatic coffee machine (for SC).

Properties:

• improves the taste of coffee (completely eliminates foreign shades of taste and smell);

Instructions for use for cleaning the working group:
1. Place a blind filter in the holder. Pour 15-30 ml of the product. Insert the holder into the group.
*dosage depends on contamination
2. Turn on the spill for 15 seconds. Turn off for 15 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
3. Remove the holder from the group. Turn on the spill for 10 seconds, turn off the spill.
4. Insert the holder with the blind filter into the group. Repeat step 2 without detergent. Prepare the first espresso and pour it out.

Holder cleaning instructions:
1. Dilute 50 - 50 ml of the product in 500 ml of hot water.
* several holders can be soaked in the resulting solution.
2. Place the holder in the solution for 20 minutes.
3. Remove the holder and rinse in clean water.

Composition: demineralized water, amphoteric surfactant 5-15%, nonionic surfactant <5%, alkalis 5-15%, complexing agent <5%. Phosphate-free. pH 12.5.
Precautions: do not clean aluminum parts. Wear rubber gloves (in case of contact with skin, rinse immediately with water). Do not mix with other cleaning agents.

Avoid contact with eyes, in case of contact - rinse with water.
Expiration date: 24 months.

Storage conditions: +5 to +25°C.
