How to use:

The coffee distributor is designed to evenly distribute the coffee in the filter. Thanks to the four corner grooves, it effectively levels the coffee, creating a dense and even tablet, which helps to avoid the formation of lumps or “channels” (voids) that can negatively affect the taste and extraction.
To use: Adjust the height of the distributor to the depth of the holder, pour coffee into the filter, place the distributor on top of it and rotate to level the surface. After this, tempering can be carried out to achieve uniform pressure.
