The All-Ukrainian Congress will take place on September 24 in the format of live dialogue and discussions. The All-Ukrainian Bakers’ Association (VAP) and the company “Kyiv International Contract Fair” will host the conference “Current Status and Legal Requirements for the Bakery Industry” on September 24 as part of the IFFIP 2020 exhibition, and on September 23, a bakery products competition in the following categories: Best Easter Baked Goods 2020; Best Bread Made from a Blend of Rye and Wheat Pre-cooked Flour 2020; Best Packaging of Bakery Products 2020. BREW BATTLE – a competition to brew the best coffee beverage using manual brewing methods. During the competition, participants will prepare beverages using three methods: pour-over, Aeropress, and immersion, using the appropriate equipment provided by the organizers. VEGAN LATTE ART BATTLE – a competition in which participants will showcase their latte art skills and abilities by preparing drinks using Fonte powdered mixes and Alpro plant-based beverages (i.e., without coffee or milk).
