Colombia Ardilla is an elegant espresso speshelti Arabica with a delicate fruity and floral profile. The lot was grown at an altitude of 1750 meters above sea level from Bourbon, one of the most valuable varieties of Arabica known for its sweetness and complex flavor.

The delicate processing combined with the thermal shock technology allows us to maximize the purity of taste and richness of aromas. The cup reveals sweet notes of ripe apricot, delicate shades of rose and bright berry acidity of red currant. The drink has a harmonious balance of sweetness and fruity freshness, a velvety body and a long pleasant aftertaste.
