CAFEC ABACA Trapezoid Filter Paper 102 has a trapezoidal shape. The size 102 is suitable for brewing 3-5 servings of coffee in 102-type pour-overs (Kalita 102, Wilfa, Cafec 102, Bonmac, etc.) or in the Clever pour-over when using the pour-over or infusion method with a volume of up to 300 ml. Thanks to the original “double-sided crepe” paper technology, CAFEC filters provide an effective air gap between the paper and the pour-over, allowing the coffee extract to pass through the filter at an optimal speed. Made from ABACA (Manila Hemp) non-wood fiber and wood pulp from regenerative forests, these filters are environmentally friendly. ABACA has excellent air permeability, elasticity, and strength, with fibers four times stronger than conventional cellulose and half as thin. In addition, ABACA has been approved by the JHDC (Japan Hand-Drip Championship) as a high-quality filter material. To preserve the purity of the beverage flavor, the filters are bleached with oxygen.
