Description: Ceramic pourover HARIO V60 02 BLUE (blue) is a practical and convenient accessory for making coffee using an alternative method. It is easy to use and allows you to get a delicious, aromatic drink at any time. Thanks to the ceramic body, the pourover retains heat well during brewing, which contributes to the maximum disclosure of the taste qualities of coffee.

Pourover is a popular method of brewing coffee that has gained popularity due to its convenience and speed. This brewing method will save you time compared to traditional methods, such as brewing coffee in a Turkish coffee pot. The pourover is very easy to clean and can be washed in the dishwasher.

How it works: The pourover has a conical shape with an angle of 60° and spiral protrusions on the walls, which promote free air circulation during brewing, allowing you to extract the maximum aroma from the coffee beans. This brewing method was developed by the Japanese back in 1908. Coffee prepared in a pourover has no sediment and has a delicate taste with all the nuances of the aroma of a particular coffee variety.

Usage: The HARIO V60 02 pourover is compatible with size 02 paper filters, allowing you to brew 2 to 4 cups of coffee at a time. Made of high-quality ceramic, it is the ideal choice for true coffee connoisseurs.

Instructions for making coffee in a pourover:

  1. Boil the water. The ideal brewing temperature is between 92 and 96°C.
  2. Measure coffee — 6-10 g for every 100 ml of water.
  3. Grind the coffee beans to a medium or fine grind.
  4. Place the pourover with filter on a cup or other container.
  5. Pour boiling water through the filter to heat it up and stick it to the walls. Then drain the water.
  6. Pour the coffee into the center of the filter.
  7. Pour a little hot water to moisten the coffee (the water should not be above the level of the coffee). Leave for 30 seconds.
  8. Slowly pour in the remaining water, moving in a spiral from the center to the edges for 2 minutes.
  9. Wait until all the water has drained through the filter and the coffee is ready to serve!
