The Medium-Dark Roast filters are 0.28 mm thick and have a medium-height double-sided crepe for a balanced brewing process. Thanks to their large filtration area and low-density paper, these filters maintain a consistent water flow rate throughout the brewing process, resulting in coffee with a harmonious, clean flavor without the risk of over-extraction.
The manufacturer recommends using water with a temperature of about 90℃. To avoid foreign flavors, the filter paper is bleached using a safe oxygen method.
These filters are manufactured using modern “fine-grain” production technology. This method increases the filtration surface area by reducing the distance between the crepe, and the uniform texture of the paper ensures a uniform and stable water flow.
The paper does not contain any chemicals, bleaches, glue or synthetic elements – it is 100% natural and safe filter paper for brewing coffee.
