The All-Ukrainian Association of Bakers (AUB) and the company “Kyiv International Contract Fair” within the framework of the IFFIP 2020 exhibition on September 24 will hold a conference “Current status and legislative requirements for the production of the baking industry” and on September 23 a bakery competition in the categories: Best Easter pastries 2020; Best bread from a mixture of rye and wheat sourdough flour 2020; Best packaging of bakery products 2020. BREW BATTLE – a battle to prepare the best coffee drink by hand brewing. During the battle, participants will prepare drinks using three methods: pour over, aeropress, immersion, using the appropriate devices provided by the organizers. Partner Barista Games. VEGAN LATTE ART BATTLE – a battle in which participants will demonstrate their skills and latte art abilities by preparing drinks based on Fonte dry mixes and Alpro plant-based drinks (i.e. without coffee and milk).
