What is Push Temper?

Push temper is a new tool in the barista’s arsenal. It has many advantages over the classic tempera! Starting from the design that satisfies the aesthetics of contemplating the workspace, ending with the certainly ideal technical functions of this invention.

What has changed compared to a regular tempera? The handle has been replaced by a flat tablet, and this is a very significant advantage. Not everyone has the anatomy of their hand (or rather, the length of their fingers) that allows them to temper by resting the center of their palm on the handle, while the fingertips need to control the balance of tempering.
