How to make coffee in a drip?
- Heat the water to 92-96°C. Do not allow the water to boil, as this may adversely affect the taste of the drink.
- While the water is heating, prepare the drip bag for brewing: take it out of the sealed plastic packaging, tear off the top of the drip along the perforation line to open it, then place the drip on the cup using the cardboard “legs” on the sides of the drip.
- When the water is hot, pour it through the drip. Do this in small portions, in several passes, taking care to evenly moisten the entire mass of coffee. The total brewing time should be about 2.5 – 4 minutes. Usually this is done in 3 – 4 passes: you need to pour water into the drip and wait for it to flow into the cup, and so on 3 – 4 times until you have poured all 200 ml of water.
- After that, carefully remove the drip bag from the cup and throw it away. That’s it, your drip coffee is ready and ready to drink. If you like a colder drink, just wait a couple of minutes for the drink to cool down.
Bon appetit!
