CAFEC Traditional Filter Paper Cup4 is designed for use in V60 type purifiers with 1-4 cups. The Cup4 size is used for brewing 2-4 cups of coffee. CAFEC filters have a “double-sided crepe” due to the original paper manufacturing technology. The wet paper is dried flat by a jet of hot air.

Thanks to this manufacturing technology, the filter paper better retains the coffee’s micro-particles during brewing, resulting in a “clean cup” in flavor. The filter can also retain a sufficient layer of air between the paper and the pour-over so that the coffee extract can pass through the filter material in the contact areas at an acceptable rate. The filters are bleached with oxygen to prevent the taste of the finished beverage from being distorted.
