We deliver across Ukraine via Nova Poshta and Rozetka Delivery. You can choose delivery to a branch, address delivery (courier) or pickup from Rozetka stores. For orders over UAH 800, delivery to Nova Poshta or Rozetka Delivery is free of charge. If the amount is less, delivery is made at the carrier’s rates. Courier delivery is paid by the recipient regardless of the amount. Delivery by pickup is free of charge.

Pickup takes place by prior agreement on the date and time of receipt of the order. Pickup of orders takes place on working days Monday-Friday from 9.00 to 18.00.

Of course. We offer free grinding when ordering; just indicate the method of preparation (espresso, filter, turk, etc.) in the note or tell the manager. We prepare and send the grind on the day of the order to make the drink as flavorful as possible.

We roast our own coffee and ship it on the day of the order. The production is certified, so quality control is carried out at all stages. We supply only freshly roasted beans and guarantee their high quality.

Kyiv City Roastery provides professional coffee machines for rent on condition of regular orders of our coffee. The price includes delivery, installation of the equipment, its setup, and maintenance. This allows businesses to use professional equipment without high initial costs.

The size of the minimum coffee order depends on the configuration: to get a coffee machine for free, it is enough to buy 15 kg of coffee per month; a set of “coffee machine + hopper grinder” is provided for the purchase of more than 20 kg of beans per month; a set of “coffee machine + direct grinder” – from 30 kg; a filter coffee machine – from 7 kg.

We offer professional, multi-boiler and filter coffee machines. Multiboiler models allow you to prepare several drinks at once and are ideal for large establishments, while filter coffee machines are optimal for offices and conference rooms.

The terms depend on the type of equipment: a coffee machine is provided for purchases of 15 kg of coffee per month, a hopper grinder – from 5 kg; sets with a coffee machine – from 20 kg or 30 kg (a direct grinder is included with the coffee machine). The price includes installation, setup, and regular maintenance.

Yes. All rented coffee machines and grinders receive regular maintenance and cleaning, and in the event of a breakdown, we will promptly replace the equipment or provide a temporary coffee machine to keep your business from stopping.

To buy coffee in bulk, just leave a request on the website. A manager will contact you for consultation and ordering. The minimum batch for the wholesale price is 5 kg, within which you can combine different varieties.

Orders of 5 kg or more are considered wholesale. Large batches save money and ensure the continuous availability of fresh coffee.

The standard packaging of our coffee is 1 kg, but if necessary, we can also offer 0.5 kg or 0.25 kg. For wholesale customers, individual labeling is available (Private Label service).

If your establishment wants to have its own branding, we offer the Private Label service – packaging and labeling of coffee under your brand. This is a great opportunity to stand out and emphasize the individuality of your business.

Yes. For those who are undecided, we offer a tasting set of six different 60 grams of coffee. This allows you to try different flavors and choose your favorite.

We provide training for baristas with and without experience. The courses are held in small groups (up to three people), under the guidance of practicing specialists. Upon completion, a certificate confirming the skills acquired is issued.

Yes. The training is designed for both beginners and experienced baristas. The program includes coffee theory, equipment operation, drink preparation, and latte art. Contact our managers to find out more about the dates and cost.

To keep coffee fresh for longer, store beans and ground coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from heat and direct sunlight. It is not advisable to store coffee in the refrigerator, as moisture and odors quickly spoil its flavor.

You can return the product or exchange it for another one within 14 days after purchase, provided that the product is in good condition, undamaged packaging and shows no signs of use. If you have unpacked the coffee and used no more than 50 grams, we can also offer a replacement. To arrange a return, please contact your manager, who will provide you with the address for shipment and help you arrange a refund.
