About CAFEC ABACA Filter Paper Cup4 filters:
These paper filters are designed for use with V60 type pour-over coffee makers to brew 2-4 cups of coffee. The Cup4 size is ideal for making 2-4 servings of coffee. Thanks to the unique production technology, the filters have a special double-sided structure that allows for a sufficient layer of air to be maintained between the paper and the pour-over. This ensures proper coffee extraction with optimal water flow rate.
The filters are made from natural ABACA (Manila hemp) and wood pulp, obtained from sources that support reforestation projects, making them environmentally friendly. They have high strength, elasticity and good air permeability. ABACA fiber is four times stronger than regular cellulose, while it is half as thin.
ABACA material is certified by the Japan Hand-Drip Championship (JHDC) as a high-quality filter paper. To avoid changes in the taste of the coffee, the filters undergo an oxygen bleaching process.
CAFEC coffee filters
Cafec Pour Over filters have become popular all over the world due to their high quality. They provide fast water flow and uniform extraction, thanks to their special double-sided structure. In addition, all Cafec filters are made of environmentally friendly materials.
Cafec is a leader in the production of filter paper and is constantly improving its technologies, striving to contribute to the development of global coffee culture.
The filters are made using a new “fine-grained” method that increases the surface area of the paper and creates an even flow of water thanks to its uniform texture. No chemicals, glues or bleaches are used in the production – this is a 100% pure, environmentally friendly coffee product.
