Matcha

For one serving, take 2 grams of matcha powder, 90 ml of water at 80 degrees (the temperature is important so as not to overbrew and make the drink bitter).
Pour the matcha with water and whisk it with whatever you have at hand (whisk, cappuccinator, fork, or in a thermal mug, shaker, etc.) Drink immediately after preparation, and add milk to taste if you like.
