Professional concentrated liquid cleaner designed to clean the working group of the coffee machine and the holder from burnt coffee oils.
The product is intended for cleaning all types of machines in the service center, as well as for daily use by baristas at the end of their shift.
Appointment:
• cleaning the working group of a professional carafe-type espresso coffee machine using a blind filter;
• cleaning the holder (portafilter) by soaking;
• cleaning the brewing group of an automatic coffee machine (for SC).

• improves the taste of coffee (completely eliminates foreign shades of taste and smell);

Instructions for cleaning the workgroup:
1. Place a blind filter in the holder. Pour 5-15 ml of the product. Insert the holder into the group.

2. Turn the flow on for 15 seconds. Turn it off for 15 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
3. Remove the holder from the group. Turn on the flow for 10 seconds, turn off the flow.
4. Insert the holder with the blind filter into the group. Repeat step 2 without the detergent. Prepare the first espresso and drain it.
Instructions for cleaning the holder:
1. Dilute 15 ml of the product in 500 ml of warm water.
* You can soak several holders in the resulting solution.
2. Place the holder in the solution for 15 minutes.
3. Remove the holder and rinse in clean water.
Ingredients: demineralized water, amphoteric surfactant 5-15%, non-ionic surfactant< 5%, alkalis 5-15%, complexing agent< 5%. Phosphate-free. pH 12.5.
Safety precautions: do not clean aluminum parts. Work with rubber gloves (if it gets on your skin, rinse immediately with water).
Avoid contact with eyes, in case of contact – rinse with water.
Shelf life: 18 months.
Storage conditions: from +5 to +30°C.
