Return and replacement

Dear buyers, you can return the product or replace it with a similar one within 14 days after purchase in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”:

  • provided that the product’s presentation is preserved;
  • if the packaging of the goods is not damaged;
  • if the product has not been used and shows no signs of use;
  • if the product characteristics of the goods are preserved.

The return of the goods is at the seller’s expense.

If you unpacked the product, tried the coffee and absolutely did not like it, we can also offer an exchange provided that no more than 50 g of coffee was used.

To issue a return:
  1. Contact the online store manager. Inform them of your desire to return or exchange the product.
  2. The manager will inform you where and how to send the goods you want to return.
  3. After receiving and verifying your purchase, we will transfer your funds in a convenient way for you or replace the product.
