We are adding another delivery method – Pickup from Rozetka stores.
Using this delivery method, we will deliver your order to any Rozetka store throughout Ukraine.
Shipping cost:
– for orders under 750 UAH – 49 UAH, paid by the recipient.
– orders over 750 UAH – delivery is free.
This delivery method can deliver parcels weighing up to 15 kg and measuring up to 30 volumetric kg. If your parcel exceeds these parameters, our managers will offer you another delivery method.
You can pay for your order both online and by cash on delivery (i.e. cash on delivery) upon receipt of the parcel at the Rozetka store.
To order delivery to the Rozetka store, select this delivery method when placing an order and write the address of the Rozetka store where the parcel should be delivered. Or inform us when ordering by phone, Viber, etc.
The storage period of the shipment in the Rozetka store before return:
In the ROZETKA Store – 10 days.
In ROZETKA stores operating under a franchise:
– 5 days if payment upon receipt;
– 16 days if the order was paid for online.
The shelf life is displayed in the package information.
Parcel status: How to find out?
Dear customers, you can get the current status of your parcel through the following channels:
- ROZETKA Delivery website : Track the status of your parcel on the official website.
- Telegram bot : Use the bot to quickly get information.
- ROZETKA mobile app : Users of the latest version of the Android app can see their packages in the “My Packages” section. This feature will soon be available for iOS users.
