Early termination is possible provided that there are no debts for the actual lease period.
If the coffee machine breaks down, you should contact your personal manager and report the problem. The manager will arrange for a technician to come out and either fix the problem immediately or, if this is not possible, take the equipment to a service center for repair. A similar coffee machine will be temporarily installed. The replacement will not always take place immediately, as there may be some time lags for delivery and installation, but we guarantee the provision of a temporary machine.
Yes, there is such a possibility. Sometimes customers are so satisfied with the quality and performance of their coffee equipment that they decide to buy it back. We agree on a buyback price and formalize the sale. The details of this process can be clarified with your personal manager.
After reporting a malfunction, our service center responds within 2 to 24 hours. In 80% of cases, repairs are carried out on site in 1 visit. If you need to replace the equipment, a temporary coffee machine is installed within 1 to 3 business days depending on your location in Kyiv.
Scheduled maintenance is carried out every 3 to 6 months depending on the intensity of use. This includes cleaning the groups, replacing seals, calibrating the pressure and checking all systems. This ensures consistent beverage quality and extends the life of the equipment.
